John R Craig is a traditional family run business specialising in housebuilding and joinery manufacture. The business was established by Alexander Craig in 1882 and at this time, operated from a small workshop based in the heart of Kintore. Today we operate from a custom built factory and office premises on the outskirts of the village.

We are one of Scotland's main manufacturers of timber frame, bespoke joinery products, using state of the art technology to supply both the trade and general public. We also specialise in sash and case windows for conservation projects.

Our modern factory houses innovative computerised machinery, which is complimented by our highly skilled craftsmen who utilise their traditional joinery skills and expertise to produce a professional quality product.
