The village of Insch lies approximately 25 miles north of Aberdeen city and 9 miles from the market town of Inverurie and is situated just off the main A96 trunk road to Inverness.  Insch is an expanding town and has become an increasingly popular commuter base in recent years.  Insch is within easy access of Aberdeen, Huntly, Elgin and Inverness, with Inverurie being just a 10 minute drive away and Aberdeen around 35 miles.

The Rowans development is situated in an idyllic location and offers beautiful views of Bennachie, Dunnydeer and Rothnay Hill. Directions:
From Inverurie travel north on the main A96 Aberdeen - Inverness road for approximately 4 miles and turn left at the Oyne Fork, signposted, Insch 5 miles (B9002). Travel along this road until you enter the village (South Road) and continue through for about 400 yards until you reach the development which is situated on the right-hand side and is clearly signposted.
